Dayana Martinez is a Cuban native who migrated to Florida in 2008, looking for opportunities at only 20 years of age. She is the Broker Principal and Co-Founder of Real Estate 4 ALL. Dayana graduated from college in 2014 with an AA Degree in Business-Administration while working full time in the Hospitality field in Palm Beach Island.
During her tenure in the Hospitality industry, she refined her personable skills and developed the expertise to provide an impeccable customer service experience. In 2016, Dayana had her son Dylan, and shortly after that, in early 2017, she pursued her Real Estate Sales Career, mixing her personality with Sales and Market knowledge to start helping families either sell or buy properties. After a successful first 5 years in the business as a Sales Associate, in 2022 she decided to become a Real Estate Broker which excited her so much to help not only families but realtors too! With over 7 years of experience now in the Real Estate World, she has helped over 100 families and continues to do so daily with her infectious smile. Dayana enjoys traveling, going to the gym, and exploring new local eateries. Social life is in her blood, and dancing is one of her passions. Dayana's love for her family and business pushes her daily to continue learning and growing.
